You can choose to either have your mail forwarded on to you, or to call and collect from our offices, where your mail is stored securely. If you choose to collect from us we will notify you the day any post arrives for you, ensuring that you only need to come in when there is post waiting for you.

What happens to mail when using the Mail Handling Service?
Using our mail handling service is very simple. If you choose to have your mail forwarded on we will send your mail out to you the same business day in the first class post. If you choose to collect we will let you know when any post arrives and you can then call and collect at a convenient time. We store all mail for collection in your own dedicated file in a locked filing cabinet.
It’s secure. Every single piece of post that we receive is logged in by us and recorded. We log out all items when we either post them out to you, or when you sign for your own post. We will only ever give out your post to you or an authorised representative of your business.

For any mail that we forward on we charge postage plus 10%, which we deduct every month from your deposit. We provide monthly statements and will let you know when you need to top up.
