How does Virtual Head Office run a telemarketing campaign?
We will start with a free consultation where after finding out about your business and the product or service you wish to promote and what you want to achieve from the campaign we will provide our input on how to run the campaign, how much time to spend on it taking in to account the results you want to achieve and your budget. We can also advise on and if you wish purchase data on your behalf.
We will then go away and prepare a loose script for us to work from. (We call it a loose script as we do not read from a script but there will nevertheless be certain points that we need to get in to the conversation.)
Once you have reviewed the script and are happy with it we will plan the hours and start making the calls.
Our telemarketing style is friendly and professional and won’t give anyone a hard sell. We don’t read from scripts, instead we concentrate on engaging your prospects in two way conversations and building a rapport.
As we make our telemarketing calls we will update your data with not just the notes of the calls but also any amendments to details such as new contacts, email addresses or any further useful information. Any appointments that we make are either booked straight in to your calendar or emailed to you, whichever you prefer.
At the end of each week we will send the results of the week’s telemarketing over to you. You’ll be able to see exactly how many calls we have made, who we have spoken to, which appointments we have made as well as a note with a short summary of every single conversation we have had, enabling you to see exactly how the telemarketing calls have been received.

Our rate is £20+VAT per hour to make the calls.
Unlike most other telemarketing companies we do not charge a set-up fee and we do not charge for reporting.
For you to get the maximum return on investment we recommend that you should make a minimum of 5 hours per week for a period of at least three months.
